The office staff at The Legends at Eagle Mountain is great. The maintenance staff took immediate action to resolve a recent water leak and they did a wonderful job.

I just wanted to applaud you for all the awesome renovations that you have had done for the Legends' community. You've accomplished a huge undertaking with very little interruption to the residents. I especially respect your innovative ideas such as, transforming what was otherwise just a concrete slab with no purpose into the outdoor kitchen! Genius! I found this neighborhood before moving to Texas from SoCal, but ended up elsewhere for my first 9 months out here. Christina was very helpful when I came here to look for a place to live. This neighborhood is in a great location here by the lake. I like that we are a bit away form the city. The other staff has been great as well. Around Christmas time, I was expecting a package to be delivered and was out of town. I called and spoke with Stephanie and she actually walked down to my unit to see

I do not hesitate to call this place my home; besides the comfort, my neighbors are friendly & are amiable. Staff is responsive and supportive. There are no needless or imposing rules regarding communal areas. Enjoying the living experience.

I am very pleased with the newly renovated unit I moved into and the property management and maintenance team are wonderful! The maintenace team is readily available for any service requests and will have the issue resolved typically within 24 hours. I'm very happy to have moved here!

We have lived here for 5 years now. Office staff has always been very cordial and helpful in any way possible. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond. In the last two months, we’ve had 3 major appliances to quit. There were no questions asked, and were quick to replace them. In the meantime, I was getting emails from the office on the status of the orders. Thanks to everyone for making this a great place to live!

This was my families first home when we moved to Texas, and it was where we brought our baby home too. Vikki and Christy always went the extra mile in making sure we were taken care of when issues did arise. They were prompt and timely and followed through.
